This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 15r platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the 15r platform on any device – including smartphones, laptops, or tablets – you automatically agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the 15r platform.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and are legally eligible to use 15r's services in your region.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 15r as the platform provider. They apply to all activities carried out on the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and use of customer support services.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 15r platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 15r will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 15r support team immediately.
The full name, phone number, and bank details registered on your account must match your real identity. Any discrepancies may result in delays or rejection of withdrawal requests. 15r reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
You Agree To:
- Use the 15r platform for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes only.
- Do not share your account with any other party or allow third parties to access your account.
- Use any automated software, bots, or systems designed to exploit or manipulate games.
- Do not engage in any fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities through this platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using 15r's services.
Prohibited Activities:
- Register using a false identity or misleading information.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems and infrastructure.
- Abuse promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the stated terms and conditions.
- Transfer your account balance to a third party without prior written approval from 15r.
- Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the 15r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for most methods is RM20, while manual bank transfers require a minimum of RM50.
All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account and used for betting. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same user's name. 15r reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if the bank account details do not match the user's registration information.
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions – including the unauthorised use of another person's credit card or bank account – will be reported to the relevant authorities. 15r will cooperate fully with any financial or legal investigations if requested by the Malaysian authorities.
Transaction Processing Times (Estimated)
- FPX / DuitNow Deposit: Instant to within 5 minutes during working hours.
- Touch 'n Go Deposit: Instant to within 10 minutes.
- Manual Bank Transfer: 15 minutes to 2 hours during working hours.
- Withdrawal: 1 to 3 working days, depending on the method used and account verification status.
5. Liability Limits, Account Closure and Intellectual Property
15r shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
15r reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, use of multiple accounts, or suspicious activity. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
All content on the 15r platform, including logos, interface design, brand name, software code, and text, is the exclusive property of 15r and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from 15r.
Any links or references to third-party websites that may appear on the platform do not imply that 15r endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Users who access third-party sites do so at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
15r reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be displayed on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
